1. Who we are
AISH (AI Sales Hub) is a B2B lead generation agency. This website, aisaleshub.com, is operated by AISH ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything privacy-related, contact us at support@aisaleshub.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Enquiry and contact forms - name, business email, phone number, company, job title, and your message. We use this to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Blog comments - your name, an optional email address, and the comment text. Comments are held for moderation before publishing. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in running a moderated blog.
- Technical data with submissions - when you submit a form we record your IP address and browser user-agent alongside the submission, purely for spam and abuse prevention. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in site security.
- Essential analytics - we run our own privacy-friendly page-view counter. It records the page viewed and the referring page, sets no cookies, and collects no personal identifiers. This runs for everyone.
- Google Tag Manager & analytics (consent only) - only if you click Accept on our cookie notice, we load Google Tag Manager, which may run Google Analytics and similar measurement tools to understand how the site is used. These may set cookies. If you choose Essential only, none of this loads. We use Google Consent Mode, so tracking stays switched off until you accept.
- WhatsApp chat - if you choose to message us on WhatsApp via the chat button, your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We never sell personal data, and no analytics or measurement cookies are set unless you accept them.

Because none of this is advertising or cross-site tracking, the site works fully whichever option you pick on the notice.
4. Who we share data with
- Cloudflare - hosts this website and our database; form submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
- Calendly - if you book a call, the time you pick and the contact details you enter are processed by Calendly, our scheduling provider.
- Email delivery provider - when lead-notification emails are enabled, submission details are relayed to our inbox via a transactional email service (Resend).
- We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. International transfers
Our website runs on Cloudflare's global network, so data may be processed outside the UK. Cloudflare provides appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
6. How long we keep data
Form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Blog comments stay published until removed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
7. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email support@aisaleshub.com - we respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
